Watershed aims to be vibrant and upbeat on student relations, goals and aspirations. We offer support to teachers and parents who help students with their college choice and application processes.  We are keeping records of their goals and aspirations and encouraging them to persist and remain committed to achieving them across all forms.

We maintain cordial relations with both local and international schools and colleges and training institutions and entrepreneurs. To that end we have our career fairs annually, and NBT examination at the college in June for those students destined for South Africa and invite presenters to meet with our students all year round.
