Health is our God given birth right lets guard it jealously. Wellness is hinged on a balanced Spirit, Mind and Body supported by the right decisions we make during our lives. Our creator the Almighty God has fearfully and wonderfully created us to survive on natural prescriptions founded on His word. Everything we require comes from the word of God but when we revolt against Him disaster will strike us. Multitudes of people all over the world suffer and die due to the lack of knowledge (Hosea 4 V6). God has given us effective and safe means of correcting our ills and restoring health. We are complex beings, functioning on Spiritual, Physical and Mental levels.

How to Live Well In the Covid -19 Era

Covid – 19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-COV 2. It affects the respiratory systems (Sinuses, nose, throat, windpipe, lungs)
2. Symptoms -  Fever, Coughing, Trouble in Breathing, Fatigue, Chills, Body Aches, Headache, Sore Throat, Loss of smell, Nausea, Diarrhoea,
3. High Risk People – are those with underlying health conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes 2, Chronic kidney disease, Weakened immune system due to organ transplant, Obesity, Heart Diseases, Asthma
4. Covid – 19 Prevention ( Follow WHO Guidelines) -  Wash  your hands, Practice Social Distancing, Cover your nose and mouth with Face Mask when in Public, Don’t touch your face, Clean and disinfect

1. Corona Virus is pH – dependent, it thrives in an Acidic environment. It infects host cells by fusion with cellular membranes at low pH. Fusion depends on the Acidification of the endosomal compartment.

Home Remedies to Prevent Covid -19
1. Put 1/8 to ¼  teaspoon of SODA into a glass of water and drink after your main meals in order to Alkalize your body
2. Consume fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin C and Zinc. Take your green teas ( Zumbani, Moringa, Makoni Tea,etc)
3. Have a Sun Bath in the morning or evening for your skin to make enough Vitamin D
4. Steam your body when you are coughing , sneezing or feeling cold
5. Avoid or reduce the consumption of foods with high levels of refined sugar. Over consumption of sugar weakens your immune system
6. Put a ¼ Teaspoon of coarse salt in a cup of warm water. Gargle and spit to cleanse your throat
7. Oxygenate your body by doing more Aerobic Exercises after taking a glass of water with a ¼ teaspoon of SODA
8. Consume alkaline forming foods in order to weaken the Corona Virus- Cut 3 to 4 pieces of Pineapple and put them in Hot Water. Mix in a blender and drink the juice.
